Part-Time: Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
Verify and update patient information in our electronic records system
Answer phone calls and emails, addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Process insurance claims and coordinate with insurance providers to maximize patient benefits
Collect payments and manage financial transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dental practice
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental assisting or office administration is a plus
Proven experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
