Salon Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all beauty treatments including brow lamination, lash extensions, facials, and waxing.
• Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by ensuring clients receive personalized attention and leave feeling satisfied with their experience.
• Lead and motivate a team of beauty professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of products and supplies for all services offered.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness throughout the salon. Conduct regular inspections and implement protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to showcase our services and engage with the community.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting. Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.

Skill Requirements:

• Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or diploma or at least 3 years of relevant experience/
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty or hair industry.
• Ability to work independently on services and also part of a team.
• High level of communication, customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Fun and positive attitude, professional demeanor and passion for the hair and beauty industry.

• Knowledge and qualification in beauty
• You are also responsible for driving the business forward by increasing awareness of the salon within the local community.
• Good understanding of the financial side of the business
• Excellent guest service skills
• The ability to plan and organize effectively to meet deadlines and utilize resources.
