Job Description

All Aussie Fire is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Service Manager to lead our service department in the fire industry. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and servicing of fire safety equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to manage a team of technicians and coordinate service activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Manage and schedule the maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire safety equipment and systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers.
Supervise a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure all service activities comply with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate service records, prepare reports on equipment status, and track service activities.
Monitor inventory levels of parts and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
Implement and improve service processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service quality.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the fire industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of fire safety equipment and systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
