Disability Support worker

Our services include Home Care support, Independent Living Support, Support Coordination, Plan Management, and Nursing Care for individuals in the disability and aged care sectors. Our aim is to be the leading and most trustworthy care provider in Australia.

Key responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care tasks like showering, dressing, grooming, and medication administration
• Provide social support by organizing transportation for social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
• Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assist participants with complex needs
• Update on participant progress after each service
• Help participants develop life skills like cooking, cleaning, dressing, and using transportation to promote independence

Requirements:
• Possess a valid Driver's license
• Obtain a National Police Clearance Certificate (willing to acquire)
• Obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (willing to acquire)
• Hold a First Aid Certificate
• Have a Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) or more than one year of experience
• Ability to speak multiple languages preferred
• Have working rights

Pay range: $21.38 – $56.75 per hour
Work Authorisation preferred: Australia
