Customer Service Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team
as a Customer Service Manager.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service
management and business administration who is eager to lead and enhance our
customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the customer service team in providing exceptional service to clients, handling
inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels
of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and
implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer-related issues and ensure a
seamless customer journey.
Train and mentor customer service representatives to uphold company standards and
best practices.
Key Requirements:
Diploma of Business or equivalent qualification in business management or a related
field.
Previous experience of at least 2 years in customer service management or related roles.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant
tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $75,000-$80,000
