Job Description:
As a Cook at our heritage building restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in crafting memorable dining experiences through your culinary expertise and dedication to quality. You will work closely with our kitchen team to prepare and execute a diverse menu that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the region, while also incorporating modern techniques and seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications and restaurant standards.
Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety standards, adhering to local health regulations.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop and refine menu items.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following proper sanitation procedures.
Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
Uphold a professional and cooperative attitude when interacting with team members and guests.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar environment.
Proficiency in preparing and presenting a variety of dishes, including knowledge of local cuisine.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and a passion for culinary arts.
Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
