We are seeking friendly and confident people to join our Customer Care Team at our Burleigh Heads office.

As a member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for maintaining our ongoing customer relationships. You will be making outgoing calls to arrange scheduled servicing and replacement of water filter cartridges to our existing customers and also managing incoming customer service calls from new and existing customers.

Role & Responsibilities include:

Welcome, Manage and embrace every sales opportunity with enthusiasm
Provide an outstanding customer experience that is tailored to our individual customer's needs
Manage inbound and external calls with a professional and courteous manner
Manage internal and external SMS and Email interactions promptly and accurately
Effectively and efficiently manage service logistics by implementing service calendar coordination using serviceable areas and mapping codes to book customers in for annual scheduled servicing
Sound knowledge of Microsoft office programs
Gain a wide range of knowledge and familiarity around Oracle NetSuite (CRM) and 8x8 Phone systems
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Management of customer records in NetSuite
Complete understand of our product range to help our customers make the best choices
Participation in initial and ongoing product, sales & service training
What we are looking for:

Have a sound level of knowledge in Microsoft Skills
Have a sound level of knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
Have experience with Customer Records Management (CRM) systems is an advantage, but not necessary
Have experience with 8x8 phone system is an advantage, but not necessary
Has the right to work in Australia
Seeking an individual with flexible availability and openness to various hours from Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
Specifically, we require someone capable of working from 11 AM to 7 PM and Saturdays 8 AM- 4 PM
Experience in the water filtration industry is advantageous, but not necessary
