The Role

We are seeking a professional Service Support Consultant to join our Service Support team. You will be based in our office at West Leederville and will be part our Service Support team responsible for providing first level Pronto and Scope Systems’ Software (Qlik and PLOD Track) support and problem resolution to customers.

Your daily tasks will include:

Delivering customer support via phone/ email
Investigating and advising on technical issues such as investigating and resolving system bugs, documenting solutions and investigating integrity issues
Performing remote troubleshooting and determining best solutions for customers
Managing internal/external call escalations to third parties


About You

You will have at least 5 years of experience in the ICT industry with a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Business/Commerce (Accounting)
Knowledge of Pronto XI or any similar ERP systems focusing on financial modules (GL/AP/AR) or HR/Payroll modules
Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of the box
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer focus
Strong ability to work under pressure with tight project timelines
