Kickin’Inn is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help alleviate the business and reach customers in more active and unique ways. The Graphic designer will work alongside other key members of the business to determine and create the best designs in all different forms.

The job will be located in Canley Heights, NSW, Australia.


Duties

- Determining objectives and constraints of designs through communication with management, directors and stakeholders.
- Undertaking research and analyzing communication requirements.
- Creatin g design concepts that will be developed over time.
- Preparing sketched, diagrams, illustrations and layouts to communicate design concepts.
- Negotiating designs with a range of staff.
- Selecting and recommending styles and aesthetics based on research to improve the business’ image.
- Detailing and documenting selected designs.
- Supervising and carrying out production in the chosen media.


Requirements;

- Bachelor degree or high qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organization and time management skills are essential to meet the needs of the business at any time.
- Critical and creative thinking skills.
