Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Front of House Associate at Thunderbird, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that each guest has an exceptional food experience. You will manage customer interactions, and food preparation, maintain the restaurant’s atmosphere, and support a seamless service flow. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relations: Greet Customers warmly upon arrival and handle inquiries.
Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' needs, offering menu recommendations, and resolving issues or complaints professionally.
Order Handling: Assist servers with order taking and delivery as needed. Ensure accuracy of orders and adherence to special requests or dietary restrictions.
Atmosphere Maintenance: Monitor the area to ensure cleanliness and a pleasant ambiance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service. Support team members as needed to enhance overall service quality.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling practices and sanitation protocols. Follow all restaurant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Experience: Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
