Onsite Field Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite Field Technician to join our team at Sydney Smart Gates, a family-owned company specializing in automation of gates, garage doors, and access control. As an Onsite Field Technician, you will be working closely with our Project Manager to provide exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing, maintenance, and repair of automatic gates, garage doors, boom gates and access controls
* New installation and existing service
* Diagnosing issues onsite and offering solutions to customers
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:
* SafeWork white card is required
* Any electrician or similar qualifications are ideal
* A valid driver's license
* Electrician experiences are ideal
* Experience as a technician is ideal
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of control boards and access control are ideal
* Ability to work independently onsite and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* No criminal history

* Ability to lift 20 kg and work at heights (with proper training and equipment)
