Job Description
COMMENCEMENT - Immediate Start
LOCATION - Dajwood Pty Ltd Office | 19 Knobels Road, Farleigh
ROSTER - Monday to Friday (Full Time) | 08:00am - 05:00pm
The role and responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
Update and track applicants through our specialised database system
Advertising vacancies on social media platforms and website to locate suitable applicants
Coordinating the recruitment process of new applicants, including phone screenings, checking of references, interviewing and onboarding
Working one on one with Senior Staff, Directors, and Client
Filing, scanning & printing, greeting customers & answer phone calls
The successful applicant will require the following characteristics:
Ability to work under pressure
Work unsupervised
Be able to multitask and prioritize
Be well presented and have a high level of communication skill to be able to deal with both internal and external customers
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & Access would be a preference)
Prior experience not required; on the job training will be provided
