traditional flavors of India. Our menu features a tantalizing selection of dishes inspired by the
rich culinary heritage of Mughlai, North Indian, and Awadhi cuisines.
We are currently seeking a seasoned senior culinary professional with a creative flair and
expertise in Mughlai, North Indian, and Awadhi cuisines.
Divyajyoti 2 Pty Ltd is delighted to present an authentic exploration of traditional Indian
flavors. Our menu showcases a rich variety of dishes that draw inspiration from the time-
honoured culinary traditions of Mughlai, North Indian, and Awadhi cuisines. We are now
looking to welcome talented culinary professionals who specialize in these distinguished
cuisines.
Location: Albury, NSW 2640
Type: Full-time: Permanent
Annual Salary: $74,000 to $78,000 per year plus super

As a Chef, your responsibilities will include:
 Supervising, leading, mentoring, and overseeing kitchen staff.
 Developing seasonal and event-specific menus.
 Performing cooking duties.
 Implementing quality control and maintaining standards for food storage, rotation,
quality, and presentation.
 Managing budgets, costs, and inventory levels.
 Ensuring compliance with health regulations.
 Engaging with customers to gather feedback.
Qualifications:
 At least 5 years of full-time, relevant industry experience, along with an associate
degree, advanced diploma, diploma, or Certificate IV in cooking or a related field.
 Alternatively, an additional 3 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu
of formal qualifications.
 Full-time work rights in Australia.
 In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and techniques.
 Strong organizational, team management, and budgeting skills.
 A high level of personal hygiene.
 Experience within 5-star rated establishments is preferred but not mandatory.
An annual salary between $74,000 to $78,000 per year plus superannuation will be paid to
the right candidate.
