Roles & Responsibilities
Role Purpose
- We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau and Alteryx to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, develop data models, and create visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau. Additionally, your proficiency in Alteryx will enable you to streamline data preparation processes and automate workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using Alteryx, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain data models and databases to facilitate efficient data analysis.
- Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, presenting data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analyses and generate custom reports based on business needs.

Desirable Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in Tableau and Alteryx.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent data visualization skills, with a keen eye for design and storytelling through dashboards.
- Experience working with large datasets and implementing data quality checks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
