Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality systems and certification processes for energy-efficient services.
• Set quality benchmarks for materials and processes, overseeing installations and final inspections.
• Oversee installation processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and client satisfaction.
• Manage resources, timelines, teams, and quality control throughout project execution.
• Coordinate cross-team communication for effective quality system implementation.
• Ensure the quality of energy-efficient products like solar panels and LED lighting.
• Monitor services like energy audits and sustainable installations for precision and quality.
• Continuously improve quality assurance processes and monitor effectiveness.
• Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry laws, regulations, and standards.
• Address and resolve quality-related customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Conduct field audits to randomly assess the quality of installations and services.
Requirements:
• A minimum qualification of bachelors
• At least 2 years of minimum experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Outstanding communication skills
• Great attention to detail and a result- driven approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
