Job Description

As a Project Coordinator for Data Processing you will:

• Communicate tasks assigned by the company’s Regulation Managers (RM) to the Data Entry Specialists (DES).
• Organize the working schedules of the DES.
• Liaise with all workflow participants and act as the point of contact to progress actions.
• Provide and maintain documentation.
• Implement, optimize and automate workflows.
• Write requirements for other teams.
• Conduct individual coaching and group training sessions.
• Perform quality checks.
• Manage your team.
• Provide reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual DES.
• Train new DES team members on the workflows.
• Manage the DES team
• Coordinate tasks and work schedules
• Perform quality checks.
• Provide Reports.
• Conduct trainings.

Must-haves:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management any related field
• 3+ years of experience as project coordinator/manager, preferably both with Data Entry Specialist (DES) and non-Data Entry Specialist (DES) teams
• Experience in managing workflows and organizing team members in different time zones
• Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in conducting sessions of coaching, mentoring, training in a remote form
• Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in implementing changes and testing the results
• Understanding of large language models
• Knowledge of additional languages
