SALARY OFFERED: - $170,000 - $190,000 (Fulltime)

Our client - Hussey & Co Pty Ltd – a FMCG business located on the Mornington Peninsula is looking for an energetic, passionate & highly experienced Engineering Operations Manager FMGC
Duties will include:
• Leads the installation and maintenance for the production equipment
• Leads and manages key personnel staff towards the plant maintenance and safety objectives.
• Determining, implementing and monitoring operation strategies, policies and plans within
• Ensuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance are observed
• Overseeing maintenance requirements to optimise efficiency
• Interpreting plans, drawings and specifications, and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirements
• Establishing project schedules and budgets

It is essential you possess the following:
• Must have high-level management style that is “hands-on”
• Must be able to Develop the overall leadership and technical skills of the operations team
• Have relevant skills to lead the planning and implementation of major facility upgrades and
• Equipment installation projects
• Must have at environment working as an operations engineering manager
• Qualifications in engineer and relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’/preferably 5 years in an FMCG/food manufacturing environment
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, as well as on a team,
• Prioritise workload & meet deadlines
