Job Description

We are seeking a UI/IX Designer to join our team and help us scale up our product experience across mobile and web. As designers at Resonate, we believe in making magic. Our primary role is to become the voice of our users and making the team rally behind it to create delightful product experience. You will be working on design of a SAAS platform that enables large enterprise businesses across the globe to listen to their customers all day, every day.

Duties and responsibilities as a UI/IX Designer include but not limited to:

- Identifying design objectives and scope through regular consultation with stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct both primary and secondary UX research (user interviews/testing, competitor analysis, etc.) and analyse the findings to validate strategic UX decisions.
- Experience in formulating design concepts and preparing wireframes, user flows, and diagrams to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience in creating interactive prototypes (using Figma/Adobe Suite), with a strong understanding of user experience design and best practices.
- Strong communication skills to consult and negotiate user-centred design solutions with stakeholders and production staff, ensuring they meet user needs, fit within scope, and are feasible to develop.
- Provide recommendations and design options that meet the intended functionality and visual aesthetics of the design brief.
- Work collaboratively with production staff to ensure the developed design meets the intended functionality and aesthetic.
- Supervise the production process to ensure the production is within the determined timeframe and as per the intended design.
- Prepare detailed documentation outlining each design component, including specifications for responsive behaviour across screen resolutions, along with documentation of design components and decisions for future reference.

Full time
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
