Job Description
With offices in China, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast, we continue to expand and enhance our services to meet the needs of our growing client base. Now, we are looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our Southport team.
About the Role
As a Contract Administrator with Matrix Global, you will play a critical role in supporting our property sales and management teams by ensuring all contract administration is handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with industry standards. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a deep understanding of property and contract management. Given our focus on Asian-speaking clients, fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts for residential property sales and property management, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee contract documentation, conduct regular audits, and ensure all records are maintained accurately and in compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and efficient communication regarding contract terms and obligations.
• Identify and manage potential contractual risks, advising on amendments and ensuring all contracts align with Matrix Global's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with sales, property management, and finance teams, as well as legal partners, to facilitate smooth contract processing.
• Maintain organised records of all contracts and agreements, ensuring timely reporting to relevant departments.
Key Skills and Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
• Relevant qualifications in contract administration, property law, or business administration are highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a meticulous approach to reviewing contract terms and conditions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous, given our specialized client base.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office Suite and property management systems.
