Job Description

We are looking for dedicated occupational and speech therapists with over 1 year of experience to join our team on a casual or subcontracting basis. However, new graduates are also welcome to apply. Contact us to discuss flexible options.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, interventions, and respond to clinical referrals.
Collaborate with clients, residents, and their families to set goals and promote meaningful activities.
Provide clinical resources and advice to OTs at other locations.
Lead care staff in delivering activity and therapy programs.
Communicate effectively with the care team to enhance residents' wellbeing.
Contribute to quality improvements and compliance activities.
Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies and safe work practices.
Be respectful, organized, and committed to client and resident growth.

Requirements:
AHPRA registration.
Ability to meet compliance requirements (Police Clearance, NDIS Check, Working with Children Check).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating therapeutic programs.
Proficiency with clinical information systems.
Willingness to work from home and conduct home visits.
Access to your own vehicle.
Salary:
6,00 AUD Weekly
