Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team and drive the growth of our coaching programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal and professional development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored coaching solutions that help them achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in coaching, consulting, or similar industries.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate the value of coaching programs.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with personal development or business coaching is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Engagement:

Conduct consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and goals.
Present coaching programs clearly and persuasively, highlighting their value and benefits.
Sales Process Management:

Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to program enrollment.
Address client objections and provide solutions to help them make informed decisions.
Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance during the sales process.
Performance Tracking:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
