The Role:
As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and plans that support our architectural projects. Your core duties will include:
• Create accurate, detailed, and comprehensive architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details based on sketches, ideas, and instructions from architects and designers
• Produce concept designs based on brief and develop the design using 2D and 3D software through Design Development and Working Drawings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and various stakeholders, translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings and communicating design changes effectively.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure specifications are met during the design phase.
• Perform site inspections during the construction phase to ensure specifications are met.
• Optimize the use of space to accommodate machinery, production lines, and staff movement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, drafting standards, and software advancements

Key Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in the respective field (at minimum)
• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and construction principles, methods, and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
