Job Description

Role: Executive Chef - Restaurants
Location: Head Office
Work Type: Full Time Salaried
Salary: $135,000 - $140,000 + 11.5% super

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Group Executive Chef, this role will oversee all kitchens at the various restaurants of Trippas White Group. While you will be based at Head Office, you will work closely with Executive Chefs and Head Chefs from all sites on their rosters, labour, menus, costings, compliance, staffing etc. Your role will also see you as a key member of planning teams for upcoming events, pop ups etc. Compliance and reporting is an important part of the role and you will be working closely with the WHS, HR teams to ensure 100% compliance in the group.

You
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
Strong leadership skills
Ability to produce quality food, use fresh produce and be creative
Must have qualifications or equivalent trade experience
HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
