Salary: $73,210 - $77,000 + super

TWG Hospitality Services is part of leading hospitality company, Trippas White Group, which operates premium venues such as the Sydney Opera House, ESQ, Centennial Homestead, Royal Botanic Gardens, Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club, Reign, Taronga Zoo, Virgin and Singapore Airlines Lounges.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic chef, who is passionate about cooking and willing to join the kitchen team in a prestigious private school located in Armidale NSW.

Work directly with the Site Catering Manager and a diverse catering team to deliver top quality, tasty meals throughout the school calendar, including daily boarding meals, day student lunches and various community and school events.

This is a Full-Time salary role, based at PLC Armidale, NSW. Please note due to the nature of this role, a rotation of morning, evening, weekend and public holiday work may be required from time to time to meet operational requirements.

You will be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to a consistently high standard
Working inclusively within a team
Maintaining shop lists and stock rotation
Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality targets set by the business
Leading the team with innovation and creative flair
Skills and Experience
