Job Description

A well-established builder is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our sales team. We are looking for a New Home Sales Consultant with the wow factor to help guide our clients into their dream homes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and foster relationships with potential home buyers.
• Negotiate and successfully close sales deals.
• Consistently aim to exceed sales targets and goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales background, preferably in volume residential sales /KDRB.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
