Salary: $78,000 to $88,000 +11.5% Superannuation
Hours: 38

About the role:
Contract Administrator’s role at Stowe Australia Pty Ltd entails the responsibility of managing various contracts for the company. The successful candidate will need to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that contracts are followed through and that goals are met.
The ideal candidate for the job will excel in meeting associated deadlines, exhibit a strong work ethic, show a willingness to learn on the job, and possess the ability to collaborate within a team while also being effective independently.
The candidate will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
• Prepare, draft and negotiate contracts for purchases, sales, and business partnerships.
• Negotiate variations to contracts, projects and services
• Ensure contracts comply with laws and regulations.
• Manage paperwork, including registers of claims, variations, and delays.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other departments.
• Assist in scheduling activities, coordinating subcontractor work, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks as per contract agreements.
• Prepare and review reports, including monthly reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, tracking project expenses, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and contracts.
• Work in conjunction with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineering Professionals
• Advise management on matters that need implementation of decisions that are crucial.
• Supervise work contracted out and report on variations.
• Draft and evaluate reports and submissions pertaining to the organisation’s operations.
• Implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure that work meets project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare reports on project results, collating and analysing data related to projects.
• Assisting in contracting closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation turnover, and warranty management, OMM Delivery, documents sharing with clients
• Evaluate and set up new workspace
• Monitor agreements to improve operational performance and reduce risk
• Handle contract management, compliance, and dispute resolution
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma Level Qualification in highly relevant field.
Other requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of contract law
• Understanding of business financial best practices
