Main duties:

food preparation and cooking
quality control
Menu creation and updates
Team supervision
supplier relations
health and safety compliance
budget and stock management
position requirements

Have a qualification as well as at least 1 year full time experience in the industry.
Willing to live in regional area.
Have a qualification of minimum certificate IV in a field of cookery.
Able to work on weekends and willing to works on public holidays when required.
Extensive knowledge of chinese cuisine and culture and able to cook chinese cuisine, including chinese sauce, traditional cooking methods, ingredients and menu development.
Be reliable and punctual
Ensure safety and hygiene habits
Able to check the quality of food before serving
Avoid food wastage and good food handling skills
Good listening and communication skills , need to liaise with chef and kitchen staff .
