Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze and modify existing and emerging engineering technologies to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Apply technological advancements in the design, testing, and implementation of engineering projects.
• Assist engineers in designing and developing electrical, mechanical, or structural systems.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of protection relays, transformers, CT/VTs, and switchgear
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Recommend modifications and improvements based on technical evaluations.
• Conduct tests on engineering systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Assist in commissioning processes by verifying system functionality and resolving technical issues.
• Support project teams in implementing engineering solutions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to integrate new technologies into ongoing projects.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in engineering systems and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Ensure engineering solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety measures in the design and implementation of projects.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for projects and system modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, modifications, and results.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to provide technical expertise and recommendations.

Skills, qualifications and Experience Required

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 years of relevant experience
• Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in engineering technologies and best practices.
• Experience in testing and commissioning within the electrical industry
• Strong knowledge of protection relays, transformers, CT/VTs, and switchgear
• • Technical troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• A strong commitment to safety and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel to different project sites
Salary:
$80,000.00 Annual
