Role
Ausphin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with Australian financial regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Manage cash flow, investment planning, and financial risk assessment.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Lead and supervise finance team members, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance financial management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for cost reduction, revenue growth, and operational improvements.
- Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ANZSCO Skill Level 2).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, taxation, and compliance requirements in Australia.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary
$73,150 - $75,000 per annum
