Job Description
Duties:
• Develop and maintain the ideal product range, manage inventory levels, and uphold high service standards across the business.
• Create and execute purchasing strategies and promotional initiatives, while also establishing competitive pricing models.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to effectively advertise the business’s products and services to the target audience.
• Provide tailored advice and support to customers while facilitating the sale of products and services.
• Keep accurate records of inventory movements and financial activities, ensuring accountability and transparency.
• Oversee the budgeting process to ensure financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff.
• Ensure all workplace practices adhere to current occupational health and safety legislation and standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of business operations.
