Job Description

The Customer Onboarding Assistant is responsible for guiding new users through the early stages of their journey with a company’s product or service. Their goal is to ensure a smooth, engaging, and successful onboarding experience that sets customers up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage new customers via email, chat, or video calls

Assist with initial product setup, account configuration, and training

Guide customers through onboarding milestones and ensure timely completion

Provide helpful resources and answer basic questions about product usage

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Support Teams to escalate complex issues

Track customer progress using onboarding tools

Collect feedback to improve onboarding content, processes, and touchpoints

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and adoption
Salary:
$55.00 Hourly
