Job Description
This is a fulltime position
Salary Range $74,000 - $78,000 commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply high-quality finishes to joinery components, including preparation, application, and finishing stages
• Be proficient and skilled in staining, lacquering, painting, oiling and varnishing in addition to polishing and waxing
• Set up and operate woodworking machinery as required
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail in all finishing processes
• Provide coaching and instructions to trainees in finishing techniques and workshop procedures
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate workflow and maintain productivity levels
• Ensure all WHS guidelines are recognised and adhered to
