Job Description

We are Mansys Pty Ltd, recruitment consultants. Our client, Bepoz Global, based out of Melbourne (VIC) is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Adviser to support and guide their growing team. The business is Australia’s leading supplier and developer of point of sale (POS) systems. They are renowned for supplying products that are customised to meet the demands of running a bar, restaurant, cafe, hotel or club. In addition to POS system, Bepoz offers fully integrated Digital Signage, CCTV, Paging solutions, Takeaway Order Apps & Self-Ordering fully customized to business. The HR Adviser will be responsible for driving best-practice human resource strategies that align with the company's goals and the dynamic needs of a technology organisation. The role involves providing advice on employment matters, supporting staff development, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with workplace legislation and internal policies.
Main Responsibilities of the role are-
• Advise on HR policy and procedures, interpreting employment legislation, and internal policies to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the business.
• Analyse workforce needs and staffing levels, support job design, and advise on job classification and remuneration strategies.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
• Support training and professional development, identifying skill gaps and coordinating learning initiatives in line with team and business objectives.
• Assist with performance management systems, supporting managers in setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and managing underperformance processes.
• Resolve employee relations matters, providing confidential advice, and supporting grievance resolution.
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity and producing reports for senior management as required.
• Support change management processes, including restructuring, role changes, or new system implementation

Must Have –
• Must have Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resource
• Must have one year of Australian experience as HR Adviser
• HR experience in a tech or software company (preferred).

Skills Needed –
• Strong knowledge of the NES, and WHS obligations.
• Proven experience advising management on HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Successful candidate will be on an annual salary of A$95,000 to A$115,000 Plus Superannuation.
