About the Role
We’re looking for a Contract Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects across our NDIS services.
This full-time role is central to ensuring our projects are delivered on time, align with compliance standards, and support smooth and efficient operations. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and internal departments to manage documentation, monitor progress, and help drive process improvements that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative coordination to support service delivery contracts and internal projects.
* Track contract timelines, key deliverables, and milestones to ensure obligations are met in line with business and regulatory expectations.
* Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, service delivery, and impacted stakeholders.
* Manage documentation and administrative tasks associated with contracts and service programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Organise internal meetings and external events, including scheduling, logistics, and minute-taking.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that goals are met effectively.
* Provide guidance to managers on contract and operational matters that need action, and carry out their directives accordingly.
* Supervise contractor activities and communicate any updates or modifications to assigned tasks.
* Draft and assess proposals, internal documentation, and regulatory reports connected to the organisation’s operations.
* Gather and evaluate data from projects and contracts to track performance and contribute to ongoing improvements.
* Coordinate office-related operational requirements
About You
You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience in Contract Administrator - ideally within the NDIS, healthcare, or community services sector. You enjoy working in a team environment, thrive under pressure, and have a strong understanding of compliance and participant-focused service delivery.
Skills & Attributes
* Strong documentation and organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across diverse teams.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
* Experience supporting budgets, contracts, and reporting.
* Familiarity with NDIS quality and safety standards (preferred).
Essential Requirements
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current Australian Driver’s Licence,
* Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience,
