What You’ll Do:
Leadership: Coordinating and mentoring mid and junior-level staff to ensure the highest quality of work and professional growth.
Project Management: Manage diverse environmental projects across NSW, from proposal preparation to project completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Business Development: Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and cultivating relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Subcontractor Management: Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project goals, timelines, and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Contaminated Land Management or Environmental Consultancy with a strong track record in project and staff management.
Education: A tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, report writing, and project management skills, with proficiency in relevant software like ESdat and ESlog. High level technical skills in water quality management, construction environmental management and noise and vibration monitoring.
Desirable: Northern Rivers based, with a Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) certification or willingness to obtain it, and a valid White Card.
