Job Description

At Valiant, we are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to help desk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner

Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems

Support users with system access, password resets, and basic troubleshooting

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes by setting up accounts and hardware

Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base

Stay current with system information, changes, and updates

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

Strong organizational and time-management skill
Salary:
$55.00 Hourly
