Position: Marketing Specialist
Salary: $76,515 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38
Mode: Full-time
Location: 233 Bennett Springs Drive, Bennett Springs WA 6063
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of professional experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to optimize strategies keeping a close eye on other local Early Learning centre’s social media campaign
• Manage content creation across social media, email, blogs, and other platforms
• Coordinate production of videos and artwork to be used in marketing campaigns
• Develop marketing collateral and coordinate promotional activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed
• Support SEO/SEM strategies and manage website content updates
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, or trade shows to support outreach
• Manage and grow social media presence across all relevant platforms
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance
• Maintain and update CRM systems with campaign and lead data
• Prepare newsletters, and internal communication materials
• Contribute to budget planning and monitor marketing spend
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize engagement and conversion
• Research and implement marketing automation tools and strategies
• Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback

Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Other Skills and Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
