Position: HR Manager
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours:38
Mode: Full-time
Location: Suite F10B, 47 Ashmore Road, Bundall QLD 4217
Experience required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

About Us:
Techno Services Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing Telecommunications and IT company based in Bundall. We specialize in Wireless Build, SAED Design and Deployment, AWS and DevOps Solutions, Software and App Development, and Fully Managed Cybersecurity Services. As we expand our operations and workforce, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and streamline our people operations.

The Role:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support our evolving business. This is a critical leadership role focused on fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting the strategic growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Fair Work regulations and employment laws
• Advise management on employee relations, workplace policies, and best practices
• Coordinate staff training, wellbeing programs, and team engagement initiatives
• Support workforce planning in line with project and business expansion needs
• Liaise with company Directors or Admin Team to manage resources effectively across Telecom and IT operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive, preferably in the IT or Telecommunication sector
• Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and modern HR practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
• Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Experience with HR systems and recruitment platforms is an advantage
