Chef De Partie

Station Coffee House at Mittagong, has an exciting full-time position for a Chef De Partie role who is passionate for customer service and creating experiences. Our establishment offers interesting mix of styles and cuisines, blended and fused.

The person we’re looking for has

Passion in both cooking and learning Be hands on, extremely organised with a passion for staff development. A great work ethic Ability to adapt to different scenarios and events. Display honest and respectful behaviour. Ability to work closely with Management and Front of House team. Have a strong emphasis on quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and organisation. The ability to work within a tight knit team Excellent communication skills Must be able to carry food costing, develop menus, manage kitchen operations Able to supervise, train and manage kitchen personnel Ensure Health and Safety standards are followed Extensive culinary experience and relevant culinary qualifications.
Salary range on offer is $70,000 - $80,000
