Surf City Group Pty Ltd (My Venue Clean) is looking for a reliable Contract Administrator (ANZSCO: xxxxxxx) to join our team on the Gold Coast. We are a cleaning service company focused on delivering high-quality, reliable and specialized cleaning solutions. Our services cover areas such as hospitality, medical, education, etc.
We are looking for someone with two or more years of experience and qualifications in contract administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects and should possess communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple contracts and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participating in the development and adjustment of contract agreements with both internal teams and external collaborators.
• Clarifying and communicating contract obligations, conditions, and guidelines to stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and organizational policies, and to support informed decision-making.
• Addressing questions and resolving issues related to contracts, projects, services, programs, and impacted individuals.
• Providing counsel to executive leadership on critical matters and executing their directives accordingly.
• Supervising contractor activities and documenting any changes or deviations in work assignments.
• Drafting and evaluating reports and proposals related to the organization’s operations.
• Assessing and coordinating the setup of new office spaces.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Project Management, Business, Commerce, Management, or a closely related field.
Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial project support roles.
• Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and project cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Australian standards or administrative practices is an advantage (but not mandatory for overseas applicants).
