Location: Kogarah, NSW (servicing St George and Sutherland Shire areas)
Positions Available: 2 Full-Time Ongoing Positions
Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role
We are seeking two passionate and experienced Diversional Therapists (Activities Co-ordinators) to join our dedicated team. These roles will be based out of our Kogarah office and involve travel throughout the St George and Sutherland area to deliver community-based and centre-based activities for our NDIS participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and evaluate therapeutic recreational and leisure-based programs to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of participants
• Promote engagement, confidence, and inclusion through group and one-on-one activity sessions
• Maintain client records and prepare individualised plans in line with NDIS goals
• Collaborate with allied health professionals, support workers, and families to ensure consistent care
• Monitor participant progress and make program adjustments as needed
• Ensure activities are safe, culturally appropriate, and aligned with person-centred care principles
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 1 year full-time equivalent experience in a similar role
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Diversional Therapy, Leisure and Health, or a related discipline
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (NSW)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
