Surf City Group Pty Ltd (My Venue Clean) is a leading cleaning services company on the Gold Coast, delivering high-quality, reliable, and specialised cleaning solutions to clients in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, education, and commercial facilities. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our management team
The Contract Administrator (ANZSCO: xxxxxxx), will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining contracts for cleaning services, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and supporting the smooth delivery of services to clients. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, negotiate, and finalise cleaning service contracts and variations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, amendments, renewals, and associated documentation in accordance with company and legal requirements.
• Communicate contract obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve issues related to contractual terms, service delivery, and performance standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each contract and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Liaise with operational supervisors and team leaders to ensure contract requirements are met on-site.
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, proposals, and quotations for new cleaning service opportunities.
• Provide advice to executive management on contractual matters and implement management directives accordingly.
• Supervise contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with scope, quality, and safety requirements, documenting any variations.
• Assess and coordinate requirements for new client sites, including service start-up and office setup arrangements.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Project Management, Business, Commerce, Management, or a closely related field.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Commerce, Management, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial project support, preferably within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industries.
• Strong understanding of negotiation principles, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
• Knowledge of Australian standards and compliance practices (advantageous but not essential for overseas applicants).
