Facility/Maintenance Manager

Job Description
●Conduct daily and internal inspections of projects, monitor and track the conditions of equipment, security, cleaning and greening, regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities
●Performing apartment and common area maintenance, checks and repairs, and able to do some basic and simple daily maintenance and repair work
●Organize the draft of emergency-response plan and collect, interpret and distribute system generated reports
●Liaise with departments, suppliers and external contractors regarding maintenance activities and to ensure that all WHS requirements are met
●Organize the relevant personnel to summarize and analyze the reasons and report to the company and the group leaders when emergency happens, ensuring equipment is serviced and maintained to achieve maximum reliability with minimum downtime.
●Operate and review the comprehensive inspection reports of mechanical and electrical equipment, buildings, public facilities and the environment
●Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions.
●Communicate with the existing tenants including timely complaints solving, and organize external contractors & materials, improving the satisfaction of existing customers with the all-round service;
●Control the maintenance and repair costs of the office parking area and driveways, and conduct feasible report for facilities and upgraded equipments of the branch;
●Provide advice on the annual expenditures and budgets of the managed projects.
