Leasing Market Executive

We are currently seeking a confident, highly-motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Commercial Leasing Market Executive to assist with the management of the portfolio.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Develop and implement feasible market expansion strategies to achieve company business growth;
* Responsible for negotiation and contract signing of commercial leasing projects;
* Monitor and manage lease obligations. E.g. arrears, lease renewals, estimate of outgoings
* Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and partners;
* In-depth understanding of market dynamics, providing market feedback and suggestions;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a spirit of teamwork and problem-solving skills;
* Full time position, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.30pm

We expect you to have:
* Outstanding market analysis and forecasting abilities;
* Profound understanding of the commercial leasing industry;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, Mandarin proficiency preferred;
* Experience in Commercial Property Management
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Enthusiastic with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships
* Possess advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Hold a current driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle
* Salary dependant on experience
* Prioritise personnel with tenant resources
