Solid plasterer

JC Render and Paint pty Ltd is a rendering business that works in both the Gold Coast and Brisbane area. We work on a wide scope of projects from commercial, industrial and also high end residential

We are now hiring a Solid Plasterer to be part of our team.

Main Tasks of the Position:
• Protecting floor and window surfaces with tape and plastic materials.
• Applying different rendering material to exterior of buildings
• Fixing and repairing previous work when needed
• Fixes pre-cast cornices, panel mouldings, ceiling centres and other plaster fittings.
• Mixes and applies coats of plaster, cement and render to structures using trowels, and levels and smoothes coats to uniform thickness.
• Plumbs and straightens corners, angles and wall and ceiling surfaces.
• Creates decorative textures in finishing coats.
• Floating up the render to get rid of any high spots and create a nice finish
Salary - $70,000 per year
To be successful in this role, you need.
· At least two years of experience as a solid plasterer
· You are a strong communicator with customers and team members
· You are highly organized and very punctual
· You enjoy working as part of a team or can work as a solo operator
· must have great work ethic

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000,00per year
