Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Chef to join our team with a background showing previous culinary experience.
As a Chef you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation and creation of dishes according to the restaurant's standards .

Role Overview: As the Head Chef, you will be the culinary orchestrator behind our venue's continued success. Your innovation and leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our standing as a fast-paced and highly sought-after dining destination.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership: Bring your extensive culinary expertise to curate an evolving menu that showcases the seasonal ingredients, innovative techniques, and captivating presentation.
Team Empowerment: Nurture and mentor our young and dynamic culinary team
Operational Excellence: Ensure the seamless flow of the kitchen operations whilst maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency.
Menu Innovation: Experimenting to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Quality Control: Uphold the exceptional quality of dishes, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed guests' expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with management, suppliers, and front-of-house teams to enhance the overall dining experience.
Commitment: As a head chef, you will be required to work 5 days a week and will need to commit to weekend service.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership 3+years.
Expertise in creating and executing Italian Traditional and Innovative menus.
Use effective care and skill to ensure the wellbeing of customers at all times.
Communicate clearly with customers to ensure confidence with a customer’s transaction.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
