Summary

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our property management portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing our teams and other support staff, and will have a direct impact on the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Property Portfolio Management: Manage the entire property portfolio, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations, to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term and short-term strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, continually seeking ways to optimise operations and profitability.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget for property operations, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and repairs, and providing regular financial reports to senior management.
- Vendor and Contractor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors, negotiating contracts, overseeing work quality, and ensuring timely and cost-effective services.
- Tenant Relations: Oversee tenant relations, including conflict resolution, addressing concerns, and ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management, offering insights on operational performance and areas for improvement.

What you will need:
- Drivers license and your own vehicle (fuel card supplied)
- Professional presentation and fluent English (written and verbal)
- Strong charisma and interpersonal skills
- Can learn to operate new apps and technology at a fairly quick pace
- Problem solving mindset
- Can do attitude
