• Addressing enquiries from clients, partners and relevant stakeholders regarding contract terms, technical specifications or any other contract-related matters and resolving problems using communication skills to find mutually beneficial solutions
• Administering IT and AV service contracts and managing paperwork associated with them
• Working closely with project teams to align contract terms and technical requirements, ensuring that the IT and AV solutions meet project goals
• Acting as a liaison during negotiations, offering insights and expertise to internal and external partners to ensure that contract terms and conditions are technically feasible and sustainable

• Renewing and updating the existing contracts to reflect any changes in IT, hardware, software or AV solutions to ensure that the integrity of the contract information is maintained
• Staying up to date with legislative changes, regulations and industry standards that impact IT and AV services
• Interpreting and explaining contract terms and conditions to project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and support compliance with statutory and policy requirements
• Verifying that the work performed meets the technical specifications and standards outlined in the contract and reporting on variations to work orders
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with technical experts to identify potential risks within contracts, particularly those associated with technology, hardware procurement and complex solutions
• Actively engaging with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and project teams, to foster strong relationships and ensure a clear understanding of their needs and expectations
Qualifications and Key Attributes:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification relevant to the role
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Contract Administrator
