Job Description

We require an experienced and nuanced Human Resource Manager to lead our operational team based in Melbourne and Perth. Please note we have two vacancies - one for our Eastern States Melbourne based Office and the second for our Western based Office in Perth. Key duties include:
Ensuring implementation of global and national HR policies and procedures across the employee life cycle.
Overseeing the recruitment of senior staff in the region.
Providing strategic and operational advice to Branch Managers on people issues.
Representing the organisation on union related matters.
Ensuring implementation of employee development policies.
Overseeing and providing guidance and mentoring to team members.
Experience in a fast paced environment with high volume employees is preferred.
A minimum of 4 years experience in management is essential.
An MBA in Human Resource Management is desirable, but not essential.
Salary:
$110,000.00 Annual
