About us
2 Fruits operate 231 acres of citrus farm at Farm 2042 Cudgel Road, Yanco, NSW 2703, Farm 1561
Cudgel Road, Yanco, NSW 2703 and 59 Fivebough Road, Leeton NSW 2705 respectively. We grow a
variety of oranges ranging from Valencia, Navels, and Sumo. We are expanding our operations and
seeking suitable candidates to work full-time in the following positions:
1. Production Horticulture Supervisor
About the role
Salary Range: $70,000 -$90,000 per annum plus superannuation
 Ensure & schedule watering of crops and maintenance supervision of irrigation equipment.
 Ensure fertilising crops and chemical application is carried out when required.
 Ensure adequate staff are on sight when fruits are ready for harvesting.
 Ensure that all harvest equipment is maintained at the highest standards and on-site training
of staff.
 Ensure quality of harvest throughout harvest period to minimise damage to fruits.
 Identify pest and disease on fruits and trees; taking adequate steps to rectify problem and
mitigate damages.
 Applying chemicals to control pests, weeds, and diseases.
 Operating chemical applications machinery and equipment.
 Ensure farm duties are undertaken at the highest level.
 Regulate and manage fruits crops.
About you
Ideal candidates for the above positions must possess the following qualification and attributes:
 A proven record of skills and knowledge in the agriculture/horticulture industry.
 Have at least Certificate III or Certificate IV in Agriculture/Horticulture or have relevant
experience as Production Horticulture Supervisor.
 Have at least two years of working experience in the relevant role.
 Excellent problem-solving skills.
 Sound communication skills.
 Driver’s licence.
